Your voucher will be delivered to you or to the recipient if you choose to specify the recipient's email address.

1. There are no restrictions on when your voucher can be delivered. You can choose to have it delivered instantly or at a later date of your choosing.
2. Delivery of your voucher by email is free of charge.
3. You (or your recipient) will receive an email containing your voucher together with a link to download your voucher at any time.
4. Your voucher is loaded with value and ready to spend in accordance with voucher usage terms.
5. After placing your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes your order number together with a link to the voucher if you need to print it.
6. If you have specified a voucher recipient email address other than yourself you will receive notification to confirm when the voucher has been sent by email to your specified recipient.

This voucher is not redeemable against any other offer. This voucher cannot be used during an exclusive use or event. All bookings are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 Hours in advance. The voucher holder must make Old Downton Lodge aware that the booker is intending to use the voucher at the time of booking and present the voucher upon check-in. This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for goods or services other than those stated here.
